1. How do I view my order status?
Log in to www.id.dk and click on ‘Your ID®’. You will find information here about your current order status etc.
2. Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your track & trace number. You are always welcome to contact our customer support if you have any questions about your order.
3. Can I add to my order?
Once you have submitted your order in our webshop, it is no longer possible to add further items to it.
4. When will you ship my order?
We process small and large orders with great precision, and ship them all to most of Europe within 24 hours.
5. Where can I view my last order?
Log in to www.id.dk and click on ‘Your ID’. From here you have access to all your user information and history, and can place quick orders. You will also find a list of all your purchases.
