1. Can I send an item back?
If you need to return an item, you will need a return number. You can get this from sales support. Be ready to tell us the product number, colours, sizes and quantity, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
2. Do products have to be in their original packaging?
Yes, all returns must be shipped and delivered in their original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged and must appear unopened.
3. How much does it cost to return an item?
We charge a 10% return fee when an item is returned to us.
4. Have you received my returns?
As soon as ID® has received and processed your returns, you will receive a credit note or other information via email.
